3 lbs Wildflower Honey
96 oz Spring Water
2 lbs Concord Grape, Fresh/previously frozen
1/2 packet Lalvin 71B
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
1/2 tsp Pectic Enzyme
Leave grapes in primary between 7-10 days - Let fermentation complete.
Secomdary
1 lbs Fresh/previously frozen Concord grapes, 5-10 days
Bulk age
3 months-Good
6 months Better
9-12 months Best
