Another Tropical Paradise Series mead combining the delightful flavors of mango and passion fruit and pineapple.

• 3 1/2 lbs of Tupelo or Meadowfoam Honey

• 90 oz Spring Water

• 1 Mango Sliced (previously frozen)

• Pulp from 1 Passion Fruit

• 1 lb Pineapple (previously frozen)

• 1/2 packet Lalvin 71b

• 1/4 tsp Go Ferm

• 1/2 packet Fermaid O

• 1/2 tsp Pectic Enzyme

Place the fruit in a weight brew bag for easy removal.

Age on Heavy Toasted American Oak for 1-2 weeks or until desired flavor is achieved.
