This is made with a unique, delicious blend of coffee beans from Victorian Pantry. However No One Knows what the blend is.

• 3 lbs Dark Wildflower Honey

• 96 oz Spring Water

• 1/2 packet Lalvin D47

• 1/4 tsp Go Ferm

• 1/2 tsp Fermaid O

Secondary

• 5 oz Victorian Pantry No One Know Whole Coffee Beans in a rumble jar (for easy removal) for 36 -72 hours. Taste at 36 hours ns pull when desired flavor is achieved .

Back sweeten to desired taste .

Pasteurize (I use the Anova method) for 22 minutes at 140 degrees Fahrenheit .

I use only Victorian Pantry coffee beans in my cofffmels.
