A wonderful combination of honey, licorice , vanilla and star anise dances on the palate.
3 lbs Wildflower Honey
96 oz Spring Water
1/2 packet Lalvin D47
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
Secondary
15g Licorice root
4g Star Anise
Both in a rumble jar (for easy removal)
2 Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Split
Begin tasting at day 5, pull when desired flavor profile is achieved.
