3 lbs Wildflower Honey
96 oz Spring Water
1/2 packet Lalvin EC-1118
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
Secondary
1/2 Madagascar Vanilla Bean, split
1 Ceylon Cinnamon Stick
3-4 Whole Cloves
1/4 tsp crushed Juniper Berries
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
strip on orange peel
Age on Light Toasted American Oak to taste.
