1/2 packet Lalvin K1-V1116
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
1/4 tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 /12 lbs Tart Cherries (previously frozen)
1/2 lb Blackberries (previously frozen)
1 Ceylon Cinnamon Stick
1 inch freshly sliced ginger
1/2 tsp smoked Sea Salt
Place all the solids in a weighted brew bag for easy removal.
