1 lb Dark Wildflower Honey
1 lb Blackberries (previously frozen) in brew bag for easy removal.
1 inch Freshly sliced ginger
1/2 packet Lalvin D47
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
Back sweeten with. 8 ounces Starlight Distillery Blackberry Whiskey
Age on Medium Toasted American Oak 2-4 months
