Dessert & Bochet

This is the after‑dinner corner. Bochet means I cook the honey down first until it turns toward caramel and toffee, which gives these a darker, richer base than a standard mead. Then I build breakfast and dessert flavors on top. They're sweet, but I'm after rich‑sweet, not cloying. In this line you'll find Breakfast for Degenerates, a caramelized bochet reserve; Breakfast Stout, dark with coffee, chocolate, maple, and vanilla; and Walnut Roast, a smooth coffee‑and‑walnut mead.
