Herb & Botanical

These are my garden meads, the ones that taste like something growing. Herbs and botanicals are tricky, because a heavy hand turns them soapy or medicinal, so I keep the honey forward and let the plant sit just behind it. Some come straight out of Korean cooking herbs I love, others are pure experiment. In this line you'll find Melissa's Whisper, a lemon balm mead on wildflower honey; Emerald Whisper, made with kkaennip, Korean perilla leaf; The Pickler's Hymn, a savory batch with cucumber and garden herbs; Meadow Myst, a lavender mead from my Lady Lavender series; Dal Kkot Ju, a color‑shifting butterfly pea flower mead; and Elven Nectar, a botanical blend of rooibos, orange peel, hibiscus, rosehips, safflower, rose, and vanilla, also bottled as Blood Orange Serenade.
