• 1/4 tsp Go Ferm

• 1/2 tsp Fermaid O

• 1 tsp lightly crushed Juniper berries

• Ceylon Cinnamon Stick

• 1 Whole Clove

• 1/2 tsp Lapsang Soughing Loose Leaf Tea (steep and then cool) adding only liquid.

• 1 lb Blackberries ( previously frozen)

• 1/2 Can (8 oz) Oregon Dark Sweet Cherries

• Place all the solids in a weighted brew bag for easy removal

Age on Medium Toast French Oak until desired flavor is achieved.
