Inspired by a loose loose leaf tea that I had received and enjoyed very much.
3 lbs Wildflower Honey
96 oz Spring Water
3 oz Teaspot Lady Lavender Loose Leaf Tea (in rumbler for easy removal)
1 packet Red Star Premier Blanc
Back sweeten to taste.
Pasteurize ( I use the Anova method) for 22 minutes at 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bulk age 6 plus months.
I use Lady Lavender loose leaf tea from The Tea Spot.
