A nicely baked mead with a hint just the right balance of licorice.
3lbs Wildflower Honey
96 oz Spring Water
1/2 packet Lalvin D47
1/4 tsp Go Ferm
1/2 tsp Fermaid O
Secondary
15g Licorice Root, begin tasting at day 5 and pull when desired flavor is achieved.
Age on Medium Toast American Oak 2-3 months.
