• 98 oz Freshly pressed Concord grape juice (I use the Kuvings Juicer) (10 lbs of fresh grapes)

• 1.7 lbs Wildflower Honey

  • (to OG of 1.014)

• 1/2 packet Lalvin 71B

• Pulp and seeds from the 10 pounds of juiced grapes. ( in brew bag for easy removal) 5 days.

3 lbs of Fresh Concord grapes, previously frozen, lightly mashed in a brew bag.

The object is to let the Concord grape reign here.

Age on 2 blocks of Medium Plus French Oak for 60 days.
