124 oz Fresh pressed apple cider ( I use the Kuvings Juicer)
8 Fuji Apples
8 Golden Rush
8 Crimson Crisp
36.48 oz Orange Blossom Honey
to OG 1.115
1 packet Lalvin QA23
When pressing the apples I got 129 ounces of Juice. I racked the juice with 1 tsp of pectic enzyme. Racked off the sediment to the primary fermenter using an auto siphon and rumble jar, leaving me with 124 oz of cleaner cider.
